Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Maisies Superstore accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
Shipping And Handling
All goods delivered by courier will be will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders taken before 3.30pm will be depatched the same day, subject to credit card approval and availability.
Items out of stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to accept an immediate refund, wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. It is not our policy to substitute items without the customer's explicit consent.
Guarantee / Returns
Products can be exchanged for another size and/or colour, provided we are notified within fourteen days of receipt. All returned products must be in the original packaging and unworn. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange. At our discretion, we may also charge additional postage costs to repeatedly send replacement products.
Where the replacement product(s) are a lower price, we will refund the difference in cost. Should the replacement item(s) be dearer then we may require further payment unless the difference is minimal. Please do not send cheques or make further payment unless requested.
Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Our aim is to provide the customer with a fair, efficient and legal service.
